About the Challenge

100 days of Walking Challenge is a Global Health & Fitness Movement aimed at motivating people and inculcating Walking as a Daily Lifestyle Habit.
The challenge includes walking 100 days without taking a break for a minimum of 1 Mile at a stretch and completing a total of 100 MILES at the end of 100 days.
Participants will record their daily Walk data using the #100DOW (100 Days of Walking Challenge) Mobile App available on Android and iOS stores after registration. Please click here to see a step-by-step guide on how to use the app.

Who should participate in this event?

Anyone above the age of 12 can participate in this challenge. School/ College students, working professionals, housewives, self-employed, retired – the 100 Days of Walking Challenge is for everyone across the world.

When does the event start and end?

The 100 Days of Walking Challenge is a series of multiple events. Each event starts at the first Sunday of every month. Participants can choose the start date of their challenge as per convenience.

Yes, this challenge is a race – but not against others – it’s with your own self. It is about challenging your-self for a healthy cause of walking and making small, consistent, dedicated progress everyday. It’s a commitment to yourself that no matter what – you will prioritize and make walking a daily habit in your lifestyle. You will also receive an e-certificate from 100 Days of Walking team upon completion of the Challenge.
